Foxhall to Turn Former Nottingham Private School Into Offices

Foxhall Business Centres has acquired a former private school in Nottingham as it continues to see high demand for new space.

Falcon House, in Pelham Road, Sherwood Rise, comprises 3,341 sq ft of office space set across a two-storey detached building.

Following the purchase, Foxhall has signed a lease with an unnamed tenant that will continue to use the building for educational purchases.

Tom Wilton, Director of Foxhall Business Centres, explains: "We are delighted to have acquired Falcon House.
"This is a welcome addition to our Nottingham property portfolio, complementing our two neighbouring sites Hamilton House and Anderson House on Clinton Avenue.

"We continue to see a strong demand for office space in the area and the property was purchased on the basis that we already had a prospective tenant for the building."

The building was marketed by property experts Savills and Ian Muxlow, a director at the agency, added: "Situated just one mile north of the city centre, Falcon House provides quality office accommodation in the popular business location of Sherwood Rise."
