National Receptionist's Day! - 14 May 2014
On the 14th of May it was National Receptionist's Day. This is a day of recognition for the front line personnel in business, the 'Directors' of first impressions. You only ever get one chance at making a positive first impression, and typically the receptionist can make or break this.
