Do you charge a deposit?

A small deposit is required. This is fully refundable at the end of your lease as long as there are no outstanding payments due or damage to the office.

How long do I have to commit for?

Our lease agreements are flexible and typically last between 2 – 5 years. Our independence allows us to negotiate individually. If you aren’t sure whether we can cater for your particular needs, just ask!

What does my lease include?

  • We take care of the entire exterior of the building;
  • We maintain the grounds;
  • We provide security;
  • All public areas are maintained and cleaned by us;
  • You are responsible for heat, light and water charges;
  • You are responsible for internet and telecoms connection;

Security is in place 24/7. Access to the building is available at any time.

Can I obtain extra administrative support?

Our support team is available for the full range of secretarial duties at a discounted rate to all leasehold tenants, including:

  • Data handling & processing

Can I use the meeting room facilities at your other sites?

All meeting rooms at all locations are available to use, subject to availability of course. Simply contact reception and book the facility you require. Discounted rate is applicable.

IT and Telecoms

Do you look after my IT issues?

All office accommodation is fitted with state-of-the art Cat5 cabling. We do not provide hardware within the terms of the lease but have a dedicated IT team who can offer extra support, for an additional fee, should you require it. Additionally, if you require specific equipment, we can source, install and maintain your system if required.
