Our business centres are located exclusively in the East Midlands although many of our clients have national and international operations.
We understand that to maintain a successful business you have to play to its strengths. We operate in a very competitive environment. Many of our competitors will offer a similar ‘product’ to us – we are sure that as sensible business people our clients have already looked at exactly what that includes.
As a privately owned business we are personally motivated and totally open-minded. Our buildings are important to us, not just as a simple business facility but also as a place to feel at home in.
When we acquired our first East Midlands location, Foxhall Lodge in 2002, we had simply thought of it as a solid property investment, but quickly realised it was one that other people would enjoy. We were drawn to the unusual room layout, many original features and overall appeal of the building.
Since then we have sought to expand our portfolio in Nottingham with buildings of similar architectural interest. Each location has it’s own distinctive character. Our latest addition is located in a prime site in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.
