We are privately owned, personally motivated and totally open-minded. Our buildings are important to us, not just as a simple office building to let but also as a place to feel at home in.
When we acquired our first location, Nottingham's Foxhall Lodge in 2002, we had simply thought of it as a solid property investment, but quickly realised it was one that other people would enjoy. We were drawn to the unusual room layout, many original features and overall appeal of the building.
Since then we have sought to expand our serviced office portfolio with buildings of similar architectural interest. Each business centre has it’s own distinctive character and offers a wide variety of office space to choose from.
