What is a 'Virtual Office'?
A Foxhall Virtual Office can provide your business with a choice of business addresses, use of external office facilities, and professional business support including call, mail and message management whenever you require. This will provide you with a high profile business image without incurring massive capital costs. You can also choose from one of 4 packages to best suit your individual circumstances.
How does a ‘Virtual Office’ work?
We become an extension of your business. We answer your calls, deal with your mail, book meetings or provide you with flexible office facilities depending on which Virtual office package you select.
How long do I have to commit for?
Our agreements are very flexible and can last from as little as one month up to twelve. Our independence allows us to negotiate individually. If you aren’t sure whether we can cater for your particular needs, just ask!
Can I change or add an extra office location?
Again, you can do this at any time, subject to availability. You will incur an additional charge if you do so before the end of your contract and if you add more than one address.
How does call-answering work?
All receptionists are fully trained and answer clients’ calls in a professional way using your company name. We make sure any message or required follow-up is communicated to you immediately.
How is my mail handled?
Whatever your needs are they can be taken care of, from greeting guests to arranging meeting rooms and refreshments. Our staff are your staff.

Can I obtain extra administrative support?
If you select our ‘Regular’ package this already includes use of our professional support services. Otherwise you are free to pay, at a reduced rate, on an ad hoc basis.
Can I use the meeting room facilities?
You will automatically be entitled to use of all meeting rooms at all locations, subject to availability of course, as a ‘Premier’ package client. Simply contact reception and book the facility you require. If you wish to arrange a meeting or use the facilities on a case-by-case basis, again you are free to pay for the specific service you require.
